SooperMango is a model which enables products on basis of "farmer to farmer" and "farmer to consumer". Since fruits and vegetables are perishable in nature, the same may be spoilt due to lapse of time and if kept without supervision. Hence, replacement or cancellation due to the same is strictly prohibited. Further, we do not provide refund on any order at SooperMango under any circumstances.

Once the order is placed, fruits/vegetables from SooperMango are freshly handpicked and harvested to fulfil your order. Fruits are harvested to match up to the demand and also to ensure that the same are naturally ripen.

As a policy, orders once placed, cannot be cancelled or replaced or returned. However, if an order is not dispatched for delivery, you may postpone your order subject to availability.
